Official Rules – Revel Staffing Lions Ticket Giveaway

Official Rules 

1. Sponsor:
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Revel Staffing.

2. Eligibility:
Open only to active clients of Revel Staffing who:

• Have a current, signed recruiting services agreement in place with Revel Staffing and
• Are actively working with Revel Staffing on at least one open job order between September 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Active client means that Revel Staffing has been formally engaged to recruit for at least one position during the Promotion Period.
Must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older.
Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period:
Starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2025.

4. How to Enter:
All eligible active clients will be automatically entered into the drawing. No purchase or payment is required to become an active client or to enter.

5. Prize:
One (1) prize will be awarded: Two (2) tickets to a Detroit Lions home game during the 2025 regular season. Approximate retail value: $499. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any taxes, fees, or additional expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 2, 2025. Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 3 business days. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

8. Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, company name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

10. Governing Law:
Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

11. Gift Acceptance Compliance:
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that their participation in the Promotion and acceptance of any prize complies with their employer’s policies regarding gifts, incentives, and promotional items. If an entrant is unable to accept the prize due to such policies, an alternate winner will be selected.
